We are rapidly growing and Hiring Lawn Care Technicians!
Due to the great success we had last year thanks to our incredible team here at Miller Lawn Maintenance, we are looking to hire for our full time positions in Carmel, IN. We have great benefits so you can be rewarded for your hard work!
We offer on time pay every week! We pay hourly for the work you have done. We have a bunch of hardworking Teams that are willing to go the extra mile and a wonderful work culture. We service around 500 or so clients per year and growing!!!
We can teach you to be successful and know how to recognize and reward your efforts!We welcome experienced and non experienced applicants!!! We are needing full time Lawn Care Laborers.
✅ 5 vacation days and 3 sick days after one year

Requirements:
✅ Must be at least 21 years of age
✅A valid driver's license is required.
✅A clean driving record with no major violations in the last 5 years is required.
✅Ability to drive a truck with a trailer (12-16 feet) is required.
✅Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for long durations
✅Previous professional lawn care or landscaping experience preferred
